Step 1: Terms and Conditions

Appointments will be conducted either physically (subject to current situation and SOP) or online via Zoom.
Appointments can be scheduled 7-35 days in advance.
You need to provide the following:
- full name (as per MyKad/passport)
- a valid email address
- a valid mobile number
Your full name will be used for your enquiries and document reference.
Appointment confirmation and details will be sent via email.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, you must cancel the appointment no less than 24 hours beforehand.
